What can Flo's Seniors help with?
Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:00pm Eastern. If you are not sure whether we are the right people to ask, call anyway. If we cannot help, we will point you to someone who can.
Who do I ask about senior housing?
Questions about Abbeyfield senior housing, whether it might suit you or a relative, and how to start an application.
How do I arrange transport or support?
Arranging a ride to a medical appointment, setting up regular check-in calls, or finding your way through health, legal and financial services in Ottawa.
How do I volunteer, donate or sponsor?
Offering your time, giving to our work, or partnering with us as an organisation.
How do I get event tickets or nominate someone?
Tickets for Flo's Annual Honouring, or nominating a senior who has given long service to the community. Ticket enquiries are handled by Joanne Robinson on 613-292-3375.
I care for an older relative. Can you help?
If you look after an older relative and are not sure where to begin, we work with caregivers as well as seniors. Call and we will work it out with you.
