Flo's Seniors and Rhythm Movements Annual Raffle
The holiday season is just around the corner, and Flo’s Seniors & Rhythm Movements are excited to launch our Annual Raffle (License#M837166)! This is a wonderful way to spread joy and give back to seniors and families in our community while also having a chance to win great prizes.
Thanks to your generosity last year, we were able to:
- Deliver full gift baskets to 10 seniors
- Support 3 families with hampers
- Provide $125 gift cards to another 10 seniors and 3 families
This year, our goal is even bigger – with your help we wouldlike to support up to 15 seniors and 10 families with fullgift baskets/hampers and distribute 20 gift cards to seniors and families!

Flo’s Annual Honouring – 2025
Join us for an afternoon of socialization and entertainment, MC'd by Renford "Bojangles" Thomas, followed by dinner and recognition of outstanding community individuals.
The evening will conclude with music by DJ Mace, DJ David Supersound, and DJ Casual.

Flo’s Annual Honouring – 2024
Presenting an afternoon of entertainment, fashion, and honouring community members. The purpose of the Flo’s Seniors Health and Care Programs Network Inc. Honouring Event is to celebrate individuals who have laid the foundation of our community.
These community members give back in a variety of ways without looking for anything in return. We honour seniors (55+) who have made a long-term, outstanding commitment to their community, with a minimum of 10 years of service.
